How many people in the bar?

Depends on the size, demographic, selection of beers, budget, storage, vendor availability, delivery frequency, etc. Lots to consider. Some bars can go through 200 cases and 15 kegs a week. Lots of parameters need to be considered.

I didn't have kegs in my restaurant, which did have a bar though. I'd order 8 cases of various stuff a week. But it was a little restaurant in a small town. My delivery guys told me about delivering to clubs where it was 200 kegs, plus cases a week.
