How could i lose 1-3 pounds by this friday?
I go to school and so would i need to bring something to eat?

What are some good excercises and a good diet to use?

You probably can do this just by losing fluid. Cut all of the salt / sodium out of your diet this week. Try eating mainly fresh fruits and veggies. Any meat should be baked/ grilled without seasoning. Drink tons of water and make sure you eat plenty of fiber to clear out your colon. Please do not starve yourself... it's very bad for your body. You can do this by eating clean. Good luck.

Cut back on what you're eating now just a little--no extra butter on things and the butter you do use needs to be cut in half. Drink water religiously. Bring low calorie foods--not necessarily those that say "low calorie" or "diet" on the label. Tuna, a salad with lemon juice, oranges, grapefruit (a great fruit for helping to lose weight due to a built-in enzyme that is specially formulated to help people do that), rice, jello, etc. Good luck!

exersie for an hour (cardeo)- hour and a half per day, but see how much you can handle and what will give you the best results

cut down on the sweets and not too much fats (Hamburgers, checken...)
