Drinking lots of water will help you stay fuller longer. That way you wont feel hungry all the time. Taking a multi-vitamin will aid in your weight loss. And Keep moving throughout your day. During your breaks walk around or run in place.

As a former Weight Watchers leader the best tip I can give you is to avoid the one error which your leader can't help you resolve...........that's giving up. Anything else can be dealt with.

I like eating raw green beans when watching tv instead of snacking on junk. Has the same satisfying crunch as a chip or pretzel. If you don't like green beans you can try another veggie.
