i always wondered that too. back then they had no knowledge of half the symptoms out there.

i also wondered, if jesus growing up, ever zapped some bully for picking on him, and maybe rez'd him later to "show him whos boss".

Acne doesn't make body parts fall off.
The child was dead, not unconscious. Even people 2000 years ago can tell the difference between a dead person and a live sleeping one. As for the 3rd question, I think you are confusing a story about a blind man with Jesus' parable about "if a blind man leadeth a blind man, they both fall into a pit". Here he meant that if someone with bad doctrine teaches other people, they will all be lost.

People with acne didn't have to stand far away from the public and shout "Unclean, unclean!" when they walked by and people with acne didn't have to live in isolated villages like people with real leprosy did. But even if it was acne, it was healed instantly, which would have been a miracle, anyway. All the other healings and miracles were real as well. That's one of the main reasons the Jewish leaders hated Jesus.

on the one account Jesus said she was just sleeping perhaps in a coma. They were well acquainted with Lepers, well he might have fallen down.
