he has taken my nephew, carson landry johnson, age 2, and will not let us see him, he travels for work as a welder. he is from india and has made threats of taking him to india so that we can never get him back. since this is a "civil matter" we cant get help from local law enforcement. if you have anything to offer for help, please email me asap we miss him very much. i have additional info on him if needed, let me know.

Is he the child's father? if not, what is his relationship to the child? Who has legal custody of the child? If he has custody, then he can go where ever he wants with the child. If he DOES NOT have legal custody, then it would no longer be a civil matter...it could be either "interferring with child custody" or "kidnapping". Good luck!
