Anima deae is your best option. There are a number of other words that also mean breath, but anima is well known. Its primary definition is breath, wind, air. Spiritus could be more easily misconstrued. Deae is definitely the best word for goddess, as it only has that one meaning. Divae is your second best option. I would avoid the other two, as they are not gender specific.

You should have completed the sentence to understand which is the most appropriate translation since "breath" could be translated also with other Latin words as "flautus" and "halitus", depending on the meaning. Also "of goddess" could be correctly translated as "divinitatis" or "numinis".

You have the choice among "spiritus" and "anima" for a more poetic context, both words also imply soul (anima) and spirit (spiritus),
"halitus" is only the concrete exhalation.
Both "divinitas" and "numen" mean divine being generally, so if you want to specify a female deity, it's definitely Dea, or in your case "Deae"=of the Goddess
