Here's my no bake cookies.
2C sugar
1/4C powdered cocoa
1/2C Milk
1/2C Butter or margarine
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2C peanut butter
3C quick cooking oatmeal dry
Combine sugar, cocoa,milk,and butter in a heavy saucepan. Heat until mixture just starts to boil. Remove from heat and let cool for 1 minute. Blend in remaining ingredients. drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Cool before serving. Makes about 30 cookies.

Hi condensed milk is not the same as can milk..You won't get the correct results if you use condensed milk and it is possible it may even seize up on you...If you don't have can milk use regular milk...Even if you dilute the condensed milk you are going to get the same results as far as not a good cookie..I hope that I have help you....

You may have to add water to the evaporated milk to get the consistency of evaporated milk because condensed milk is very thick.

They are the same product with only one difference. Condensed milk has some sugar added.
You CAN use them interchangably, but allow for the difference in sweetness when you do.

Sure. Condensed milk is sweetened, and evaporated is not. You could use it, just add a bit more sugar to the mixture. That's what I would do honestly.

Usually condensed milk is sweetened and should say so on the label while evaporated milk is not sweetened.
