I am working for a company and sometimes they can assist you financially if you show the need for it, but I need to write a letter to them. Where do you think I can find a sample of a good persuasive letter?

The best thing to do is report your requirement in simple and honest terms. I would recommend using a template for a professional letter in your software package and stating your need clearly and with specific regard to why the funds are required. For example if you need the funds to cover a hospital charge or college tuition you are more likely to receive the funds than say if you were requesting funds to cover a gambling or insurance lapse. Although both are needs the later represents poor judgment and is likely to be turned down for assistance. There are many example of letters but an honest clear and personal request will go further and be more likely to obtain the funds you require. Good Luck!

They may not offer rent discounts, but you may be able to get some simple upgrades, a free carpet cleaning, paint job, etc. The best you can do is ask and see what they will offer. Most landlords that are "good" landlords will do something because it also gives more value to their property.
