Give him a little time to realize exactly how he feels. If he acts wired and doesn't reply, feelings aren't mutual. It would be best to move on because he shows immaturity,cowardliness,and it's his loss.

Ask him again ,but this time sit down with him and look him in the eyes and tell him. Don't stop asking him until u get an answer! Don't take no 4 a answer!

To me you kind of pop the question on him a little soon or he wasn't expecting that. He might not have answered you because he is afraid or he might think you are more of a friend than any thing. Hope that helped
