Perfectil - skin hair and nails?

Question

has anyone tried Perfectil, i'm thinking of trying it because my hair is just so horrible at the moment, it use to be so thick and glossy but lately its just weak and dull looking and a fair bit is falling out. I have blood tests but they have come back clear and the doctor says there isnt much wrong, but ever since i was on steroids (for crohn's disease) my hair got this bad and i really hate it, i wanna try this but dont want to try it and spend the money for it if it doesnt work

I havent tried this one, but i do use Imedeen and found it very good for my skin - not much different with my hair though.

I had to use it for 3 months before i noticed a difference though.

I also have Crohn's. To be honest, it's probably the Crohn's itself that is causing the problem as steroids generally tend to make hair and nails grow better, thicker and faster- it's one of the few good side-effects!

I'd concentrate on maybe supplementing your diet with vitamins and minerals. A good A-Zinc multivitamin should should help as zinc lost through Crohn's associated diarrhoea is the main culprit. People with small bowel Crohn's also tend to suffer with malabsorption which can affect your vitamin intake.
