Good God! You have not learned yet? It is another S-C-A-M. Did you enter this lottery? No, I bet you did not. To win a lottery you must enter it first. That should tell you right there. These things prey on people's greed.

What you need to do is to run that thing through the shredder ASAP. It's not worth the electicity required to shred it.

I am a retired Police Officer that has investigated Internet fraud and these type of scams. I presume the return address is a P.O. box. If you did not buy a Lottery ticket or fill out an entrance form for a lottery it's a scam. If you win you never have to pay to collect your winnings except to Uncle Sam. Common sense. At least you have evidence of a scam in your hands. Call your local Postal Authorities and ask to whom in NV. they would prefer you file a complaint with. It's the old adage "You gotta pay to play" Lotteries do not just pick you out of thin air as a winner. Somehow, perhaps through a on line survey company or a pay to take a survey company or even off the Internet they got your sisters info. If it were legitimate you would be contacted by IRS as fast as your winnings were made known to you.

I am from PA and got the same letter yesterday. The address is real, but it's a p.o box(#181). CB&H says they do not have any branch in Nevada. I couldn't find in their site either. Probably i follow it up with the post master.
*seems it's all about that $16.95 :)))))
Thanks,

I acquire notification of prevailing this lottery...Is it for real? i did no longer enter those sweeps to my understanding; yet I did enter many unknown sweeps via an internet get admission to. I merely prefer to understand if I even have somewhat gained something.
