My husband is in sentencing for a class 2 felony in Arizona. He has taken a deal which is up to a year in jail, I was wondering if anyone had gone through this and how much time did you get/serve?

Don't the guidelines call for 5 years? Gosh, if he only gets a year then he's getting off very light! I wouldn't expect to see him in anything less than a year.

If he got that deal, he should be very happy. Does he have any previous record? That would be really amazing. Not to mention with good time he'll be out in 8 or 9 months. Very Lucky.

He is getting off light. Do the crime, do the time.
Be sure and tell him not to drop the soap. HAHAHA
