this all started with a miss understanding with a neighbor across the street. they have small kids that r always in the street and i told them about it they did nothing about it so i told the police and my neighbor has been calling the police telling them that there is drug trafficing at my residence officers respond to that call first a female officer (white) came to my house. my wife invited her in she told us of the complaint. she asked if we had drugs? we said no. she asked if she could search? we asked if she had a search warrant she said no. we said no. and advised the officer that she needed to step outside with us. the officer said no i'm not going anywhere. eventually she did.they returned to their cars.i requested that the female officer give me their names .she did .as she was handing me the names the other cop jumps out telling me i'm going to jail.he wanted me to put my hands behind my back.i say i can't (disabled ) put them on front. i was kneed in my knee

Seems to me that you have a pretty good case against the police. Make sure you have records and such, also a good lawyer. Make sure you are also polite in all that you say! you can still get your point across without getting riled up, that's what they want you to be! they want you to act all upset so they can use that against you, just try to be calm and such. Are you actually being charged with anything?

First record a written criticism with the oversight committee. that is going to then be investigated with techniques from inner Affairs and with techniques from an investigator with the oversight team. once you've witnesses, get their names, addrsses and telephone numbers. once you've clinical costs, be confident to save copies. Any officer isn't obliged to grant their names, yet they're directed to grant their badge numbers. searching on how this shakes down, confer with a lawyer about damages.

That's poilce force abuse, You were right, the only way for them to search into your house is only with a search warrant. You must report this abuse to the local authorities of your are. See, this is a result of Bush's paranoia, somebody gets beaten the Jesus out of them just because of nothing.
