I been a lot of realtionship and some i did the breaking up and other times they did the breaking up. Why be in a realtionship when the chances of you being with that person forever is SLIM. Look at the divorce rate and how long realtionship last. WHy do we put ourselves through the heartache and pain...and headache dealing with realtionship.

Because we are human...we need other people in our lives, and especially someone to be there for a long time. Sure, divorce rates are high, and relationships are tough...but often times it is because we live in an instant gratification society. If things don't go our way right now, we give up. People don't want to work on relationships. I am not saying that all relationships end due to this, but it is a fair percentage. I have been hurt too, plenty of times...but you know what? I just started dating this marvelous woman, and I am going to let myself fall in love...again. I may fall flat on my face again, but it won't be because I didn't give it a go. It is part of the human experience, and I am sure happy to have the chance to try again.

No one said relationships are easy to deal with. True. The chances of having a good relationship are SLIM but isn't that better than having no chance at all. You should sit back and re-think about what kind of relationship you want, the type of person you would like to meet, and don't bring your past relationships into new ones. Just take a step back.

You're like this because you're so negative...
We go through these things because it's only part of life. Not just relationships happening... it's family... friends.... careers... EVERYTHING. Why should we try to deal with ANY of these things?? Because how are we supposed to go through life WITHOUT these things? Life comes with ups and downs.
God has a plan for us and He will bring us the right one in His time. We just have to have some faith in Him to do so and just live our lives with a smile on our face... because He's there.

The chances are ONLY slim if you settle each time you hook up with someone. If you used a bit more discretion, you might be suprised.
Besides...The reason we do it is because when it's good...it completely out weighs the past bad.

To get food, sex, companionship, love in one place.
Its always worth the effort to at least try for it I think.
Otherwise we are mostly dead , even if its only inside.
