I HATE IT SO MUCH. Never again. NEVER. AGAIN. For me, the side effects were nausea, vomiting, and diahrrhea. I came home from school at like 10am and I still feel awful. I guess the side effects go away after a couple days of being on the pill, but I don't care how good it will make me feel in a few days, I don't want to feel this way ever again, haha. I hate pills so much, grarr. I'll hang onto my anxiety/depression, those side effects were worse than any panic attack I ever had, lol.

I have ran my gamut with meds so I know the feeling. Girl, you just need to learn some deepp breathing techniques to help you with you symptoms. Good luck and I hope that you find a way to work out you panic/anxiety without medication!Side effects usually go away after taking the med for about a month or so. Your body has to get used to (sound like your body is rejecting it) the new medicine being introduced.

Actually Lexapro made me nauseous as well. I too just started taking Cymbalta and am feeling really really...nauseous. BUT! The side effects will go away within a week or two. I know it stinks, but honestly the benifits will outweigh the concequences. Just keep some saltines on hand and maybe some ginger gum (helps with the nausea).

Then after a good amount of time (say like a month or so) if it REALLY doesn't work, then tell your doctor to switch to something else

Tell your Doc to give you Lexapro ... It will not make you as sick and will take care of your anxiety....

You might want to get your doctor to try a different one with you. Sometimes you have to just try different pills to find one that will work best for you.
