No, we don't - the male body doesn't work like that.
Our body produces semen as it's needed. When we are going to ejaculate, our testicles make sperm and our prostate makes semen, the liquid that the sperm swims in. They mix together in the urethra (the tube inside the penis) and it comes out.
If a man doesn't have sex or masturbate, his prostate will not make semen and the testicles won't make sperm.
Did a guy tell you that if you don't have sex with him it will back up inside him?
That's a lie that men have been telling women for a long time to get you to feel sorry for him and think that he'll be injured if you don't give him any!
It's not true at all - his feelings might be hurt if he doesn't get any in a long time, but his body will be just fine.

While it is good to release it regualrly, DO NOT FALL FOR THAT BS line. Even a case of the blue balls goes away on it's own. The reason it's good to release regualrly is it clears out old sperm so that new ones will grow... so tell the guy that is trying to have sex with you that regular orgasms will increase the chance of getting you pregnant and see how fast that line stops.

we do! even doctors tell people who are trying to have babies, that the man would have more sperm if he doesn't have sex or "choke it" for 2 weeks and they would have much better chances of having a baby because of the abundance of sperm.
