those are often called "floaters." they can be caused by excessive sun light exposure, tanning beds, or not enough rest for your body or eyes. Always wear protective sunglasses from UV rays and sunscreen as well as getting plenty of rest. Stress can also increase "floaters."

Those white spots are called floaters, which is really junk in your eye from the time you were an embreyo. If you look directly at the floater, it will dart to someplace else in your field of vision. Some floaters look like clear tangled strings, and others look like bright spots. I have the strings kind. A lot of people have floaters. If you're worried, it's totally normal, unless you're saying you were never a baby! =0)

I don't know if this is what you are talking about, but sometimes i will get like a clear dot, or squiggle. It kind of floats around. I can see it best when i look at something bright, like the sky. No one else i know has this, or notices it. But i asked my doctor about it once, thinking i had some kind of eye disease, she thought it was just dust, and small particles that got stuck to the moist tears on my eye. She said my eyes were normal, and it is nothing to worry about.
if it is something else, then i don't know.

I've always been told that they are nothing but little bubbles. As you blink your eyes it creates them and they just float across your vision path.
They seem to be more obvious when looking toward the sky/sun.

It's called Macular Degeneration, and is caused by breakdown of the interior of the eye. What you are seeing are bits of your eye floating through the aqueous humour.

those specks are called "floaters", they are simply old cells from inside the eye and eventually are reabsorbed.
