It sounds like a beautiful gift to me. Homemade gifts are the best kind in my opinion. They show that you put time, energy and labor in the gift. ( And remember, you did buy the material)
Christmas is a time to give but we shouldn't have to put so much stress on ourselves and our pockets. Gifts should be given with love and sincerity.
I would love that gift.
Have a great holiday!

Dear Bracelet Maker:

Don't worry about a thing. If they're your family, they'll love the presents because they came from YOU--wholly. I think it's great that you care so much about your family. I know they'll enjoy them and I wish you good luck. Remember to breathe--they love you.

Good luck Bracelet Maker!!

[Oh, just a word, the boys might not be so hip to the yarn bracelet thing; but the girls--dead hit!] Bye!

hey that sounds great. If you make something you are good at and you put the time and effort into it that is all that should matter. If your family doesnt like them that is tuff. you can send me them all instead. sometimes a made gift ican be the best it shows you put a lot more time and thougt into it and the fact you have no money but were still balt to come up with something is great. You are very creative and they should be happ to have some one like you in ther family during the holiday time.

I think any present that comes from the heart is a good present! plus the fact that you are taking your own time to make them, makes the present even more special. So in conclusion...I think your family will love them and appreciate the time put into them! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

With you spending your time and energy on a thoughtful gift like that I am sure your family would love it. I know I would regardless of the age of the person giving it to me!

I think it's a beautiful gift. Commercialism has taken over the season. Your gift shows your thoughtfulness and that you actually put an effort into the present. Homemade gifts are the greatest!!

Honey...it's the thought that counts and if you don't have the money...your fam and friends would already know that and not expect luxurious gifts...also include a little note with your gift and say that it was made with lots and lots of love just for them.

it sounds like a great present. Anything that is originally made and (i don't mean to sound sappy) comes from the heart is always great! Everyone gets so caught up in spending money these days and i am glad you are doing what you are doing.

It ought to be fine since it seems like it's made out of love. Make it more interesting by presenting it ona card with a personal message.
