Try opening a Neteller account. Once you do that No Problem. After that i found a site with a few poker rooms that accept U.S. players at http://upnorthbetting.net

Right off no On-line Poker site will take a debit card that I am aware of

no online poker site will take US based banks debit cards any longer you will have to use neteller or ecash which involves your banks routing number and checking account number
