We absolutely have a future. It may be good or bad, but we have one. I think technology will get better and cleaner over time. We will overcome global warming well enough, but not perfectly. In the long term, like 1,000 years, I believe we will genetically engineer ourselves into a completely different species, which is a horrible fate in my mind, but it seems inevitable to me at this point.

Well of course we have a future. Now, whether this future will be pleasant is a different story. Changes, especially in technology, have been becoming more and more pronounced. Doctors are finding more and more ways of implanting devices into our bodies. I suppose this is like a mutation, in a way. Some people might get to leave the planet, but I'm not counting on a mass exodus.

Oh yeah, and there is another species, "neocons" who are trying their darndest to take over the planet; it's too bad they don't evolve very well, lol.

I think we will eventually have to leave the planet as we're slowly destroying all the resources that we have available to us
