I am trying to stop drinking coffee, but I can't. I LOVE it!
I would really like to keep drinking it, but just not use any sugar in it, because my hubby and I are going to try to loose a few pounds, what should I do?
Do you have any suggestions that would let me still drink coffee, but just not use sugar? You know, still get the same taste.

if you like your coffe with sugar, try to go down a spoon every week until you use only one. then try different brands on sugar substitute as sweet & low, splenda, equal etc, For me splenda did the works.

Just buy high quality coffee- good coffee does not taste bitter or sour, so it's actually better without the sugar. If you still like it sweet, try splenda or sweet and low, but I would suggest good coffee over splenda.

splenda, no calories and its made from sugar. you don't need a lot either just one or two packets depending on the size of your cup.
