Two of the freeze plugs came out, but I replaced them. Why is it still leaking, and how can I find out where the leak is coming from?

first thing, start the motor up let it run about 10 minutes, leave the blower motor on high........look under the car once its hot,if its a hose you'll see it coming from the hose area of the car. now on the 3.5 litre they're good for water pumps going out in fact mine is starting to leak to you must remove the raditor all kinds of crap to replace the pump. now since your freezeout plugs poped out,it tells me the gasket in the water pump broke the same time

might be a cracked rad hose, or like the second fella said a cracked rad. also be sure that the freeze plugs are still in place, was the area around the plugs cleaned when the new ones where installed? also anti freeze glows pretty good with a black light so you might be able to locate the leak with a black light

Sounds like the freeze plug is still leaking, or did it over heat when the plugs went bad... Hope you did not crack the heads of the motor
