That's how I found my cousin that I hadn't talked to in 15years. He had posted something on the net, and there was his email address. I sent him an email which he almost deleted before recognizing my name and saying Holy sh^& that's my cousin. How'd she find me? We've been in touch ever since.

I posted my family member's name and last known province of residence on this site, didn't help much to be honest, but it's the only way I could think of
