We have a great connection and seems likely to go somewhere in the potential long term category.

take her to a show like a play or concert. It can be a christmas present but just like anohter date. You might also just try a nice dinner out or making her one. celebrate the holiday together and have a good time. When you go to pick her up you should have a nice christmas bouquet of flowers just in case she bought you something. buying a present is not nesecary because you dont know for sure what she likes unless she is dropping lots of hints. But you should know what she likes to eat, drink, and what makes her merry.

Since it's only been a couple weeks you don't want to get anything too serious. You could get her stuff from bath and body works. Thats always a good one when your not sure what to get. But be sure shes the typical type that likes scented lotions and stuff b/c some women don't. Also gift cards to places like nail salons or spas are usually really good. All depends on the girl though. Some chicks just don't like girly stuff for some reason so be sure first.

Long term category - so you know her likes and dislikes then? I'm sure that you know if she's got a thing for cuddly bears, or cats or dogs? (The stuffed toy kinds...) If not, there'll be something that gets her all excited and all...? Get something related to her favorite hobby, maybe? If not, make something for her with your own hands. Like - bake some cookies by yourself and gift wrap them and give them to her. Be sure to get the recipe from some authentic source though ;)

That'll make her heart crumble faster than you say "Ho Ho Ho!" Happy Christmas!

A mixtape. Haha..just kidding.
Cute bracelets, anklets, or charms (if she already has a nice charm bracelet/necklace/anklet)
Scrapbooks, picture frames, picture albums
candles, HOME MADE CHRISTMAS CARD, even if you have your sister/mom help you with it!!!! A sweet, HONEST poem about her. A nice christmas stocking with candy, stickers (hearts, girlie anime, teddy bears) and other little cute things. Find out what animals she likes and get a nice plush, stuffed animal of it. Personalize ALL THESE things and she will probably repay you with a smile, and believe me, it will be worth it.

perfume is usually a bad idea, it never seems to say " i love you for who you are"..
