As far as I know a break is when a couploe have time away from each other to reach their true feelings or if theres to many issues arguing fighting ect one may need a break from that ..or if your spending to much time together, and it also could be just a easy way of breaking up without hard feelings it all depends on the relationship[ and whats going on

One of the mysteries of the universe.

To me it means that one or more aspects of your relationship is "broken", but at least the friendship continues.

You must define the new relationship in terms of:

Sex, yes or no with each other, yes or no with others.

Dating...same...

Telelphone...text messaging...all that stuff.

Once you define and agree, then do something about it...if you're not going to have sex anymore, but you're not going to date others yet, then go out on a date, then go home.

If you're not having sex, not going to date, and are going to date others, then make a date with a mutual friend.

Relax and enjoy all the good things that life has to offer, and don't dwell on the negative.
