I work with this guy who i adore. We are friends and he has said he doesnt want a girl. But i want him so bad and he doesnt no, i think. I am nice to him but cant figure out if he likes me like that. Then from the beginning i told him I dont date guys I work with and although he respects that rule I am mad at myself for making it. I really like him but cant be a booty call. And he might really c me as a friend. Should I give up or give in?

Adore or love? Have as in love or lust? Don't jeopardise a relation on the basis of feelings that you can't categorize. If you're serious about taking it to the next level - then speak out. Why - coz we aren't exactly going to live forever. That's why! Don't worry - at the most - the answer would be a no- so, big deal. At least you would've tried - and that girl, is worth a million bucks. Convince him - but keep your self respect. You're not begging for anything - it's a mutually profitable deal. Remember that.

All the best.

I think you should give up....If he not ready for a girlfriend, then he not ready. Cuz the worst thing that could happen is that you tell him you like him, and then him turning you down. So..i suggest to stay friends with him for a while, and see how things go from there. Mabye later on, he will ask you out.

He already said he's not looking for a girl friend. Don't hang on him, you'll scare him off. Just be available by looking for work related projects you can do together, or helping him out if you see he's having difficulty.

I think u should let him know that u like him, and tell him that ur rule did change, and u wanna be more than just friends!! See how it goes.... but first try to see if he likes u, flirt some first!!

Never be afraid to be up front and honest in these matters..
The worst that can happen is nothing...
The best that can happen makes it worthwhile to put forth the effort.
