If flat -ironing is an option for you then, you can use product, after you make sure your ends are smooth..the combination of the two --(flat-ironing and the product --BioSilk or CHI gloss, Manipulator, Biolage Finishing Spritz -- shine and hold are your best bet) will help to seal your ends. You could also curl your hair and use bobby pins to pin the curls up, makes a nice simple updo. Good Luck!

Try tucking your hair under into a bun or adding moisturizer or gel. If you use gel try the non flaking cholesterol type heres the website for the gel that I use and the gel works great.

if you are going to the stylist tell her your problem. Maybe as simple as a new styling product, or maybe just a trim.

try using more conditioner when you wash your hair... split ends are a sign of damaged hair.

put your hair in a bun, or roll it up and secure it with a cute clip.
