This sounds like the beginning of an eating disorder, anorexia nervosa. You really need to get your parents to find you a good doctor before it gets out of hand. Believe me, its not a problem you want to have. Its treatable with counselling in the beginning but later on, it gets very hard. I'm not trying to freak you out here but please, take this seriously.

This is an eating disorder. You are making yourself sick because of your ideas about food. There is nothing physically wrong that is making you sick. You are simply afraid of gaining weight, so your brain makes you sick when you smell food.
Rather than thinking about food related to weight, think about exercise. Eat right and exercise and you will have no problems.
It also sounds like you may need to see a counselor. This can be very serious. If you can't change things within a couple weeks, tell your mom that you need to speak to a counselor about your eating disorder.

I really think you have to speak to a teacher or grown up friend if you have a good relationship with your mom try telling her, but by the sound of things you are developing a eating disorder. Eventually you will hate food so much and never eat causing you to loose so much weight that you would look absolutely sickening, and you do not want to go down that road. Seriously GET HELP!!!!

I'm not really into this but I do believe that not wanting to eat is "Bulimic" it's mental disorder, and has to be treated by a doctor as a mental disorder. Sorry Honey, but your going to have to see a psychiatrist for further treatment. Check with your school consular if your parents won't talk to you about it, you do need help.

Sounds like you have a serious eating disorder, like anorexia or bulimia. Definitely time to get some professional help. Your GP may be able to refer you in the right direction.

There's nothing wrong with smelling food. All you would have to do is get away from it for a while.

You are bulimic. Get your parents to get you help right away. I'm surprised they haven't done it already.
