i have 3d home architect v. 4 (Broderbund) and i am looking to upgrade to version 8, is there a better program out there for around the same price? (80-120$)

i am not a serious architect, my parents bought version 4 a long time ago, i found it, installed it and have been having a lot of fun with it, i just want a new version of it,

actually, if you're serious about it, try AutoCAD made by AutoDesk inc. i'm not sure how much they're charging now, but it's the industry standard. If that costs too much, i've heard good things about TurboCad, but being a Certified Drafting Tech, i won't touch the program. I bought a program called 3dfloorplan at best buy for about 5 bucks, and oddly enough,,, it is just as good, if not better than autocad for 3 dimensional stuff. but, that's all it's good at.
