It is noticeable that the people who say that Canadian wine is widely available and in all supermarkets do not give any examples. That is because they do not know what they are talking about*.
Canadian wine is hard to find in the UK. Some Mission Hill wines from BC are sometimes available in Waitrose - but currently they list only Inniskillin Oak Aged Vidal Icewine 2003 -- but show it as out of stock. Oddbins had 2000 Château des Charmes Vidal Icewine (I bought a hlaf bottle three weeks).
If you use www.winesearcher.com and search for Canada you'll find there are a few independent merchants that stock the odd Canadian wine, but you'll probably need to buy a case.
Theproblem is that Canadian table wine is mostly made in too small quantities for UK supermarkets and is not cheap enough to compete. The ice wine is superb, but too small quantities.
I was in Ontario in September for the second time and I am very impressed with the quality of the wine --especially Cabernet Franc and Henry of Pelhams Baco Noir -- and I'd like to see them in the UK.
*if I have insulted the people who posted, then I ask them to prove me wrong by naming the supermarkets and listing all the Canadian wines they stock and I'l apologise

Well, some Canadian wines designated as VQA are delicious (notably many from B.C. province and especially from the northern Okanagan Valley, and a few from the Niagara Peninsula of Ontario province) but others are just average or even poor (I have yet to taste a Nova Scotia province wine which was palatable).
Availability of VQA wines outside of Canada are hindered at present by two factors: (1) a disasterous vintage year a couple of years ago
in Ontario, and (2) B.C. wines having been "discovered" many are sold out quickly.
I suggest that you email both the B.C. and Ontario wine producers' associations to ask which are exported to the U.K. I doubt you will find that any of the small estates are, but there may be some exported by the large company
owning several of the biggest wine estates (in both Ontario and B.C.), Vincor Corp. (even in
the center of Canadian gastronomy, Quebec and Montreal, only about 7 B.C. wines are available and all of them are Vincor produced).
PS. If you find any they are apt to be expensive. A certain B.C. wine that costs about $CDN 14 (about 6 pounds) there and $CDN 15 in Ontario and $CDN 17 in Quebec
(all provincial government monopoly control systems in which wineries must post annual prices to the monopolies, as are the wholesale systems in all Canadian provinces) was recently advertised - advertised! - by the top large wine store in Boston, MA USA (private free enterprise) at $US 40 (about 20 pounds).

I do not know anything about de beers (except from de bars). I have no use for jewels or metals that "supposedly" have value in a relationship or a Persons worth. I am happy with silly little earrings and finger watches. The BIG THING about jewels and metal is just a way for somebody to say "I made enough money to buy this stuff and I want you to notice it"! I notice and then LAUGH! So much more could have been done with that money. I know it is a question but Why in the HECK do people spend so much money on GLITTER?? I laugh and buy groceries! I did win a Money prize awhile back. I bought things that my family NEEDED and put the rest in Savings. Am I the only one that sees this STUPID thing about jewelry???

Boston is a superior mixture of colonial record and cutting-edge innovation. From the wonderful cobblestones of Beacon Hill and revolutionary landmarks of the Freedom Trail, to the iconic grounds of Harvard University and Fenway Park, Boston is just a value trove of Americana and with hotelbye you will have the opportunity to know that treasure. Boston is known it since the "support of liberty" and Faneuil Hall is among the areas must-see just like the adjacent Faneuil Hall Marketplace, a spot that includes three extended halls: Quincy Market, North Industry, and South Market. , Faneuil Hall Marketplace is dating from early 19th century and is now entertained by a energetic choice of stores, restaurants, and exhibitions. In excellent weather, you will discover street artists and buskers gaining reveals in the square round the market.
