Fruit (fresh or dried) always does the trick when I'm craving something sweet. Just make sure the dried fruit doesn't have added sugar. For a not as healthy snack add fat free cool whip.

The sugar free, 100 calorie chocolate pudding is a great sweet snack (and you can't even tell its sugar free and 100 calories- I promise).

There is also chocalate fudge bars in the ice cream section that are fat free, not sure about the calories. They are awesome--but be careful-its very tempting to eat the whole pack!

A bit of unsweetened applesauce on a graham cracker is a substitute for apple pie. Good Luck!
