We usually get our UPS guy ( Smooth George ... lol ... ) a gift certificate for dinner or something ... nothing big ... but something to say hey we appreciate all your hard work ... !

I never thought of tipping the UPS guy...my brother in law is a UPS guy and I just asked him. He says the best tips he's gotten has been homemade cakes and cookies or liquor. He's the man, so I'd go with that.

If you're a girl, and if my assumption is correct that you are using the term "Christmas Tip" to express interest in him, you might think about telling him that he looks cute in those Brown Shorts [if I were forced to wear that uniform, that would work for me].

gift cards are nice .. something for a lunch or dinner ... if you want to do cash then maybe $20 - $25 ... you may want to check with the office (UPS) to see if they can accept gifts.
