I thought if you start blowing your nose and get it all out you would stop sneezing but it doesn't seem to work for me. Any ideas??

You're most likely sneezing because of something in the air where you live, work or both. You need to get the stuff that you're allergic to out of your air, or the problem will just keep coming

The best way I've found to do this is with some kind of Air Purification System. There's tons out there, but few work the way they say they do. One that's worked for me is the "Fresh Air" by EcoQuest. If you want more info, go here: www.ecoquestintl.com/bobnease They have all kinds of great purifiers that work great!

Press your finger against the underside of your nose - the part between your nostrils - like you see in old time films or cartoons. This honestly works, as it supposedly presses against a gland that interrupts the sneezing.

At least it works for me.

When you feel a sneeze building up and it's inconvenient, tickle the roof of your mouth with the tip of your tongue. I don't know why it works, but it does.
