I really like this guy i work with...And i dont know what to do he has a girlfriend...At times i know we are flirting with eachother, but it's only in a friendly way, or at least thats what i'm guessing....And i dont know what to do, should i just try and get over him as soon as possible???

yes...you know he is unavailible and that is attractive to you because maybe you are affraid of commitment and whose to say he wouldn't do the same thing to you if you did get together. If they aren't meant to last they won't and then you'll have chance but it isn't fair to the girlfriend. If they have any chance of working things out you are sabotaging it. Leave them alone and let him make up his own mind, don't be the one to break them up.

It is so not cool to break up other peoples relationships. Tell the guy very clearly that the flirting, minor as it may seem, must stop NOW. Its just not fair to you or the girlfriend.

Well look at it this way. If he has a girl friend and he's flirting with you, then he's probably not happy with her or wants to pursue a secret affair. At this point you have to choose whether you want him enough to be his second or stay away from him.
