Depending on how good shape you're in, start jumping rope. It is a fabulous exercise that works your entire body and also builds lean muscle and burns a lot of calories. Cut out all kinds of candy, pies, cakes, pastry, soda ice cream etc. and every nutrient with sugar except whole fruit. Next, cut out all fried food and food high in saturated fat. Some fatty foods, like salmon, is actually very good for you, in moderation. And limit you total daily calories to no more than 15 times your target weight. If, you want to be 120 lbs., you must only eat 1800 calories a day, and NO MORE!

You can try asking someone to join you on this healthy lifestyle plan thing. When you have a friend or family member doing with you at the same time, you can motivate each other to start, like planning when you should officially kick start it. And it is definitely more fun when someone join in the plan in my opinion. I don't really get what you mean by nothing motivate you to jump start your plan. Because I thought since you have bought the necessary things, you should have the aim already, shouldn't you? What you need to do is just a choose a date and start practicing healthy lifestyle habits. Just as easy as that. Get some support from your friends and family, they do help a lot.

Give yourself a detox, WATER for one. If you find water boring, add some lemon juice (evidence that lemon juice burns fat), or cranberry juice, just a bit to give it some taste. And...SPINACH, god that stuff works...a little too well. As for simple cooking, I make spinach-mushroom wraps with fajita wraps you can buy in the store (lots flavors too!) low-fat mayo, low-fat swiss cheese, and fresh baby spinach leaves and mushroom, I add a bit of cracked pepper. For supper, I had a simple spinach salad, sliced egg and onions with vinagrette dressing, and tomato soup. Do this for 2-3 days and You'll be sure to get your metabolism kicked in gear, ready for your new diet! You'll also lose a few pounds because spinach cleans you out! ;-)

Check out Yoga for Weight Loss. Even if you're not into the yoga thing, the psychological message is great and it gives a diet plan.

Vegetarianism and walking: Just stop eating animal products and walk a mile a day. If you undertake these two things seriously your diet and exercise routine will gain momentum as you get healthier. All I can say (40 pounds later) is that it worked for me.

Lots of water. No booze.
Cut to 1200 to 1500 calories a day, primarily vegetables and lean meats.
If you don't want to cook, heat up Lean Cuisine and fill in the hungry times with raw veggies dipped in salsa.
Take a good multi-vitamin.

Water, water, water! At LEAST 64 ounces a day. If you drink sodas, cut back to 24 ounces of DIET soda a day. You will be amazed at what just these simple changes can do for you.
