A couple of days ago i developed a lump on my back, it's very uncomfortable when sitting down or bending over. I got a couple of people to look at it, they say it's just a boil, nothing serious (i'm not so sure). However, yesterday when i had a pee, i saw a small amount of blood, now i'm a bit worried.

What do i have? ..and what's the worst case scenario?

I am an alternative medicinal therapist. the worst case would be your Kidneys, its to complicated to tell you about a particular disease that causes this but it can be serious. You may just have an infection starting hence the boil on your back. if you have bacteria in your blood stream it can come out in some very odd places. i think you should go to the doctors just to get your self checked. Blood in urine can be very very serious

maybe the lump and the blood are not linked. It could just be a boil and a small bladder infection.
go and see your doctor to be checked if you are worried.
in the mean time drink some cranberry juice and lots of water if you do have an infection it should help flush it out.
is the lump in your kidney region? if so why have you waited this long go to your doc now?!

No-one is going to give you a diagnosis here, or at least, they shouldn't. Go to your GP's surgery tomorrow morning and let the real doctors check it out.
