my butocks sags and droops and i want to know what exercise helps me to help stop my saging buttocks help.

One thing to consider is how old you are and what your natural body type is. As we age, gravity naturally begins to take over a little, so some sagging is totally normal and not necessarily avoidable. Same goes for your body type: some people are just naturally incline to a little more sagginess.

As long as you are realistic about this problem, there's no reason you can't take steps to overcome it. Make sure you are eating healthy. Do a cobination of cardio AND strength. Spend extra time at the gym doing squats, dead lifts, lunges, and other rear oriented exercises. Eventually, your hard work will pay off. Just remember that it will take a lot of time and persistance, and also thhat you will probably never look like an airbrushed fitness model: that is an impossible standard set for us by the media. Keep working at it, and in the mean time, try to accept your body the way it is.

Squats. You imitate the motion of sitting down and standing up from an invisible chair. It works wonders and I find that if I do 30 every morning, my butt looks a lot better and I don't do any other exercise than that.

they do make pants and underwear that will lift and shape but the look uncomfortable. Why be fake, just go to the gym or workout for 10 minutes at home. That way your significant other is not disappointed when you pull of the clothes.

Look up an exercise called the plié squat. It works wonders!

do a ton of squats and lunges...and I mean a LOT. If you really want it and do it it will work.
