As a rule, I don't hate Christians. There are many Christians within my family and circle of friends. They are good people, and I certainly do not hate them.

I do hate the oppression that some Christians practice. If I speak out, it's against those Christians (I usually qualify my statements with something; you shouldn't hear me say, "all Christians").

Those Christians that I do dislike are the ones who preach hatred against homosexuals and other heathens. I hate that they try to change the laws so that consensual activities are illegal (such as buying alcohol on Sunday, gambling, and prostitution). I hate that they actively work to lessen our quality of life by opposing stem-cell research. I hate that those Christians harass people of differing faiths because they can't stand competition.

None of my friends are like that, so those Christians I have no beef with. The Falwells, Haggards, and Phelpses of the world I can say I truly hate.

A lot of christians invite hatred upon themselves through their actions. They try and force their God on others. They talk endlessly about how good their God is, and how all who don't follow him will burn for eternity. They act superior to others who do not follow their God.

I am not saying all Christians are this way. Most of my family is Christian, and they are happy for me that I have found a faith that gives me the spiritual fulfillment that I so desperately needed.

Good religious people of any faith should practice religion in church. There is no way to tell that a person is Christian just by looking at him. How can he be hated ?
It's those who try to push their beliefs onto others that are annoying. No one has to come to my door to sell me his religion. I know where many churches are. If I want religion, I know where to find it.

Just because we are different, sometimes people believe that if someone is different than the person themself, they are bad. I am christian myself, i dont hate catholics, jews, or whatever religion. I stick to what i know and i dont hate on other religions

most christians are good people, but its the ones that arent christ-like that people tend to hate because they are so hypocritical. my pastor wrote a book, and he said in it, "I hate most christians"
