like the foods the way you work out and how you deal with yourself if your over weight???

Maybe a picture of the Food Pyramid and a few of simple exercises for cardio fitness and Tummy Trimming. Explain about HDL and LDL (High and Low Density Lipoproteins).
I did some speeches and took pictures I would use and had Transparencies made for an overhead projector. Was real cool.
