I saw this flat iron that can go to the roots of your hair & touch you scalp without burning it. i think it was at the mall but im not sure, what is the name of it?

A lot of flat irons get to the root of your hair but none of them will touch your scalp without burning, that's an empty promise. The only straightener that I've ever seen at a mall is Ciorliss.

Revlon makes ceramic flat irons that reach the roots of hair. They are very thin and the heat setting extend to 30. They are not as nice has the ceramics in the mall but they don't cost $75 either. I bought mine at walmart for $25. They get real hot and the price was right. Also go to your neighborhood beauty supply store (not Sally's- they cost too much there).

I have a vidal sassoon and that gets close to the roots, but it catches my hair in the hinge, so I bought a Solia off folica.com, Should get here today, cant wait to use it.

Its difficult to do it with out burning your scalp, so possibly check out drowsing together with your hair in braids after which take them out within the morning, it is going to go away lovely waves that begin on the roots should you do tons of them. =)

Try the Chi iron...It's not cheap, but it works miracles!
