Here's the scenario: I dated this woman for 3 months, but the relationship ended nearly a year ago. We never had sex. Only oral. Now she had a kid and claims the baby is mine. Can this really be true? She says it can happen and that it happened to a friend of hers. Now she wants me to pay support. What are my legal /moral options?
P.S. Also, is it possible for two white people to have a latino baby?
Please help!

You have got to be kidding, do you really believe that you can father a child with oral sex, she is playing you big time, tell her to prove the child is yours and then you will talk about money. Express to her that you are more than willing to comply with a paternity test, bet she backs off then. Trust me you are much better off forking out the money for a paternity test than to hand her the cash. As far as the Latino baby, you know it all depends if there is any Latino in your genetics, but it is highly unlikely the child is even yours.

No isn't possible for two white people to have a latino baby. That is if there is no latino in your family. Parents, grandparents? Get a paternity test. It may cost but is worth it. It will let you know weither the child is yours or not. If it is you have to pay chld support. If not move on!

You cannot get pregnant from oral sex.
It is not possible for 2 Caucasians to have a Latino baby unless they adopted it.
Demand a paternity test before you pay 1 penny.

You CAN NOT get pregnate from oral sex...
You CAN NOT produce a latino baby if you are 2 caucasion people
And YOU should take a paternity test to get her off of your back, because this is silly. Since you are paying for it, you chose the doctor, and where to meet, and see if she shows up.

Obviously it's not yours. Do nothing...she knows it isnt yours and will give up. Tell her if she wants money from you to get a court ordered paternity test and when you are proven to be the father you will pay. You don't honestly believe you got a girl pregnant you never had sex with do you? I don't even know why you are freaking out. Whatever you do don't give her a dime.

No problem. If your ex girlfriend wants paternity payments, she'll have to take you to court. Tell the judge that it can't be your child because you only had oral sex. The judge will order a DNA test. The DNA test will prove that it is not your child, and you will not have to pay child support.

you don't have to pay her one red cent untill she can prove you are the father. That means you have to go to court and submit to a patrenity test to prove you are NOT that child's father. Nor do I think you can get pregnant from straight oral sex. Only if you go back and forth from intercourse and oral. I don't think two white people can have a latino baby but you have to consider are both of you totally caucasian or one a little dark.

Its not possible for to white people to have a latino baby, but sometimes babies look darker when they are born and then they grow out of it.
This happened to my friend.
GET A PATERNITY TEST
its that simple.
Don't pay until the test comes back with your name on it.
If you didn't have sex and are TELLING THE TRUTH
then it can't be yours.

ok first of all you cant get a girl pregnant from ejaculating in her mouth.
you can get her pregnant from rubbing your penis on her vagina even if you dont ejaculate because the pre ejaculate (slimy stuff) does have some sperm and it will travel in her vagina - sperm is smart. if you ejaculated on her vagina again the sperm will fin its way in. if you did not do any of these thing and only recieved oral sex then NO it is not your child.
Also you are not obligated even if it were your baby to pay her ANY money during pregnanyc- child support is for the baby it starts once a child is born it is not for the pregnant mother.

You have the right to a DNA test to prove that the child is yours before you start shelling out child support. I would talk to an attorney about how to get that going, since it's one of those things that probably varies by state.
