Use this link to convert your picture to a cursor format http://www.dirfile.com/desktop_icons_cursors-1.htm

Go into the Control Panel open the Mouse folder, click on pointer, then click on browse and it will open the cursor menu.
Drag and drop your converted picture file into that and then select it.
Click on apply and the ok and you will have your new cursor.

Hope this helps :)

You need to convert the image you want into a cursor file (some programs to do this are here: http://www.dirfile.com/freeware/cursor-editor.htm) then import it trhough the "pointer" tab of the Mouse control panel applet.
