I would say that the best way would be to use a large knife (like a chef's knife). Chopping it with a small knife is very difficult. Chopping with a food processor probably isn't a good idea.

you'll laugh though!
HAY ! I have a handy hammer and bat i go to hitting and singing and amazed at the results of the blows really use these methods don't worry alright! chopping i think not but breaking and dividing my method works and you know I tell others hay were just eating it& enjoying and they just laugh hardy at my tactic and love to be present while I do this act!
hay look instead of the the word chop think of "breaking up" same effect! (lol)!

Leave it at warm room temperature or microwave for 10 seconds . Its solid can be little softer to cut... YOu can start chopping with a large knife ......
