I have looked before and no one seemed to be able to help me either. I'm a professional piercer too, having the same problem. Recently I have been practicing with my free time making more intricate pieces of jewelry more or less for personal curiosity.

The closest I have come to anything custom that someone is wearing was buying 2 overly long industrial bars and spot welding them together and slightly bending them so I could finish an ear project in a friends ear.

I spent $600+ on welding/metal working classes just for that. Haha.
