Do you know who did this, Debbi? Without my permission the same happened to me. Was it your Debit card or your Bank account? That's
important if you report it.
Go to the police and make a report. Close your account. Send a letter to your bank. Esentally, restore my money. I even reported it to the FBI. Little good it did though. And, send a report to Equifax.

Call the bank to see where the money went. It is a crime to take money out of an account without the person holding the account confirming a payment or check. It is the banks reponsibility to replace the money. The go to the police and file a report.
You need to work closely with your bank on these matters. Good luck

I don't think anyone here will be able to help you with that...

The first thing you need to do is contact your bank (if it is a banking account you're talking about) or your credit card company (if it was a credit card account) and find out who withdrew the money. Try to contact the person/company who did it. Sometimes mistakes happen and the company will be happy to correct it.

Different banking/credit companies have different policies, so you'll have to speak with yours to find out what steps you need to take to fix this problem.

Good luck!
