I want two unbiased studies to compare. Thank you.

Guys,

How much extra does having a girlfriend cost you per month? Be completely honest and thorough. Don’t just count the dates. Count the gas, the gifts, the clothing you buy to impress her, the cologne you wear, the evening classes you take just because you want to be with her. All of it. I’d like to see how much guys spend. And please include your ages, if you are in high school, college, or if you are in the workforce. And tell me your job. I want to know if a pizza driver spends roughly the same amount on his relationship as the real estate broker. I think they might be closer than we might guess. And maybe tell me the percentage of your income you spend on her, roughly of course.

Thanks. I'm very curious about this question.

It all depends on how much you are willing to spend.
If the girl isn't shallow, she won't care that you don't always buy her nice things to impress her.
It's not how much you spend it's how much you CARE that matters to us.

I think she subsidizes me about $500 a month

This is fair since we have been together and have done the same for her in the past like when she was finishing College or unemployed. It was a long time ago but I did. I think she even remembers it still.

Also, I do all the cooking, grocery shopping, most of the laundry, some cleaning, car maintenance, keeping her happy, other life details too, making wise investments,

I don't like to buy much and am very low maintenance. Could live at poverty level and it wouldn't bother me that much. As long as sex was happening.

I think most of the guys will be to lazy to work all that out for you
but i dont think it would stop them dating women no matter how much it costs them because men couldn't live without women haha

if you have to constently buy her stuff then your in a bad relationship. Sounds like a gold-digger to me. When my wife and I were dating I spent maby $40 a month on the items you mentioned. I can't say for sure tho cuz I never kept a book on it.
