Cramping and breast tenderness are both symptoms of a period coming as well as pregnancy. The best thing to do is to wait until your period is due. If it comes on time then you probably aren't pregnant but if it is late then take a home pregnancy test. Try EPT or First Response. Good luck!

While there are no symptoms of PMS that are different from pregnancy, I have to admit that I also get cramps a day or two in advance of my period, but when i get pregnant i have cramping for weeks before iam late.

Is it possible you could be pregnant?

Wait until you're late and take a test. If you havent had sex, then i would chalk it up to a skipped or late period, nothing to be concerned about. You can change your cycle at any time for any reason. And gain new and more severe PMS symptoms out of the blue.

well they are both a sign of your period coming and being pregnant.
you should just wait until your period day comes and if your period doesn't start. Go use and EPT tes(FIrst Response is really good to use).
