There is a great new plan out there called The Logic Diet.
This plan requires no exercise (although you are already doing some so that's great!) and allows for crazy schedules like yours.
I don't know how much weight you need to lose, but this plan has a Stage for people who need to lose 100 pounds, or those who need to lose 10 pounds.

Don't take pills. They're crap. If one of them worked, we'd know about it. Plus, there would be a million of them on the market.

You're in luck. Weight loss is 80%, 20% exercise. You need to start with cleaning up your diet. Write down everything you eat, cut out the junk, no fast food, watch your portion sizes. Drink plenty of water (take your weight and times it by .55, that's how many ounces of water you should be drinking)

On your breaks at work, take a brisk walk. Eat your lunch while moving. While your fixing dinner, so some squats. While your vacuuming the house, do some leg lifts. Play with your siblings outside.

Get some support. Going an online support group or loose weight with somebody at home. Get an exercise partner and keep eachother honest.

Make it a priority. Think of the thing you most love to do in the whole world...would you make time for that? Make exercise that priority in your life. It's a great excuse for "me" time. The dishes can wait, the house can be messy, you can reorganize your to do list for tomorrow, your siblings can help, get your exercise in! It's great for your sanity and your energy will go through the roof if you do.

Good luck!

Many patients ask me how they can slim down. I am against prescription pills because I prescribed them many years ago, and some of my patients became very ill.

I now recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I now recommend Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard".

The Hoodia being sold at http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php is in my opinion, the best product on the market. It's pure, no side effects, and it's only $4.97 for 2 weeks (yes, less than $5 !). My patients have seen dramatic results with this particular Hoodia.

You need to be eating 5 times a day...One of my good friends works in retail and works out constantly and wasn't losing any weight. she finally consulted someone about it and it turned out that she wasn't consuming enough calories during the day, so her body went into starvation mode! She was storing the fat that she had in order to survive...so they told her to eat 5 times a day to speed up metabolism. 5 healthy meals, though...no junk food! And exercise as much as you can. Try speed walking laps around your store to get your heart rate up.

Try to eat healthier. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Go for a walk with your family everyday. By changing little things you will see a difference i did.

well what do you do for a living? if your job consists of you sitting down try to do crunches in your chair. tighten your gut release and keep doing that. squeeze the butt for about 20 sec. release and keep doing that.. if you stand keep your gut sucked in and hold a good posture that also helps. when i am standing for awhile i will put one leg back and hold for a couple minutes then do the other and keep alternating. squeezing the cheeks while you are doing that.

well, you can park further away from the job, so you have to walk further to get to and from your work place. You can spend your lunch break walking, even 15 minutes a day will help.
