Cut up fruit, grapes, a bag of cherrios (or another favorite healthy cereal), yogurt tubes, little sandwiches (I make wheat bread and jam sandwiches for snacks...kids think it is a treat because they are sweet), cheese cubes or sticks, carrot sticks and ranch dip, peanut butter on crackers or celery sticks (check school policy on peanut foods ...some schools ban peanuts).

Kids love things that have either themes or food they can play with. I would suggest going to the grocery store with your kids and letting them choose something themselves - direct them to the aisles with yogurts, fruit snacks, cheese strings, pudding etc. If they are allowed to choose something on their own because it has 'dora the explorer' or something on the package they'll probably be a lot more excited about it when it comes to snack time.

I would give them some travel size go packs of gold fish, and now they are in all different kinds of colors! That makes it fun for the kids to eat!

A lunchable is always good. They come with Ham or Turkey, Cheese and Crackers. It also has a juice and a dessert. It sounds like alot but they are all Ritz cracker sized. They have different kinds also. Carrots or grapes are a good snack also.

my daughters are 4,3, and 1- everyday i try to pack them similar things in their lunches for day care to keep them from fighting over who gets what. Fruit cups, apple sauce, fruit roll-ups, fruit snacks, and snack mix or crackers all to seem to be favorable to my kids- i don't know what kind of stuff your kids like and don't like so I can't really say for sure.. GOOD LUCK-i understand your stress

If they like fruit, some oranges or tangerines, cut up, so they're easy. Maybe some dry cereal that they like in a bag? Pretzels, or crackers too.
