Why not? I did. Did you get into this relationship as friends first, then more, or as a romantic relationship right of the bat? If you were friends first, then there should be no problem, because you both still like each other (as buddies), but realize that you're not the ones for one another.

Depends on the reason you guys broke up. Some people just find out their complete opposites. And some are incompatible. But in my case, I cut it clean off because whats done is done. I want better

If he was a great guy who treated me well but we just weren't suited to each other then sure. If he disrespected me or treated me badly then I would rather not.
Just because we don't like eachother in one manner doesn't mean we can't like each other in another manner. (also one person can not harbour any feelings for the other--then the friendship won't work)

depends on the ex... if they are the jealous type.. never, because feeelings will be hurt all around. If they are cool and not too worried about seeing you, or you are not worried about seeing them, with other people... then it can be OK!

If things had been intimate and serious, No. Because it would be too weird.
If it was a short relationship and not very serious, then yes. Not too much emotional baggage when I see them.

Depends on the reason why you broke up...
If you're able to forgive and forget...
If you're not jealous when you see him with someone else...
And last but not least:
If you don't hold any grudges...

No. I have always found it hard to do that. I still had feelings for them and it was hard to hear about the new person they were dating.
